伊勢原市議会９月決算議会を前に一言！

平成２６年９月２日から伊勢原市議会が始まります。
この議会では、平成２５年度の決算結果が報告されます。
私が、市議会議員でしたら次のことについて市長に確認してみたいです。
１ 市長の選挙公約である中学校完全給食実施に向けての進捗状況。
・平成２５年度中に進捗状況報告が全くありません。少なくとも、中学生の保護者に報告があるべきだと思います。
２ ゆるキャラ「クルリン」導入の経済効果について、試算値と効果額。
・クルリンについては、広く市民に知られるところとは思いますが、その経済効果が見えません。しっかりと納税者に説明すべきだと思います。
３ 市と教育委員会が後援した「平和のつどい」の実施結果の検証をしたか。
・平和のつどいでは、南京大虐殺などの記録が展示されていましたが、史実とは異なる内容でした。言論の自由はありますが、市や教育委員会が間違った歴史を伝えると言うことは如何なものでしょう。展示物の検証は行ったのでしょうか、行ったとすればどのような認識で展示を認めたのか確認したいです。
議員は、市民の目となり耳となり、手となり足となって働くことが大切です。チームでより良い街づくりをしたいと考えています。
